The Reebok One GX50 elliptical cross trainer incorporates a 9kg (20lbs) flywheel that provides fluid motion and offers a longer and safer workout. With the 32 electronic computer resistance levels and a 38cm (15″) stride, the cross trainer allows you to enjoy one of the 21 exercise programmes that include 12 pre-set workouts, target time, distance, and calories programmes, watts and heart rate control, recovery, user defined and level profile. Once you start your training, you can follow your stats on the large backlit LCD screen – it shows your speed, time, distance, calories burned, pulse, heart rate, watts and RPM. Moreover, the heart rate monitoring via the pulse grip sensors allows you to control the intensity of your session. There are also adjustable and non-slip footplates as well as dual fixed and action handlebars to add an upper body workout option.
